Established twenty years ago, Enchanted Florist produces a range of custom designs, from the simple and stylish, to the luxurious and elegant. Our experienced floral designers create custom floral arrangements for hotels, private homes, parties, events, funerals and all occasions with our specialty being Lake Tahoe weddings.

Holiday Hours

We are open on Mother's Day (always a Sunday) and maintain extended hours during Valentine's Day Week, and Mother's Day Week. We are closed during the following six national holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day (July 4), Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. During the busy floral weeks of Valentine's Day and Mother's Day and Christmas, we advise customers to place orders early to receive the best possible selection and service. We do our best to accommodate same-day delivery requests during these busy times, however, we cannot guarantee every last minute order due to sheer volumes. We strongly recommend that customers place orders two days prior to each major holiday.

Delivery Policy

Our delivery fees vary and apply to orders for addresses in South Lake Tahoe, CA and Nevada's east shore up to Glenbrook, NV. Please note that there may be additional charges for special time requests or rush deliveries. Also, for specific time requests, we will do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee exact times. Orders for same-day delivery must be received before 2:00 pm, PT.

Cancellation Policy

To provide you with the best possible service, you may cancel your order at any time prior to 1 hour before delivery by calling us at 530-544-6840. However, if your order is en route or already delivered, we will be unable to cancel the order. We will try our best to accommodate your request as long as your request meets our cancellation policy.

Refund Policy

There are never 2 designs that look the same. If you order a floral arrangement based on a photo, we will do our best to replicate the design. If we do not have the exact flowers in stock, you will be notified of any substitutions and have the opportunity to either agree to the substitutions or cancel your order. Once the item has been delivered and you, the customer isn't happy with the design, we will offer a one time credit for the amount spent for up to 12 months from the date of the order. There will be no refunds. If the recipient is unhappy with the design, promptly return the design to the shop and we will do our best to replace the design with one to their liking. We must be notified within 24 hours from the date and time of delivery!

Substitution Policy

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type but may substitute with another color.

If you open an account on our site or make a purchase, we need your contact information including your name, e-mail address, and mailing address to complete your transaction.
